Creative Coding Workshop with PureData
2-day creative coding workshop based on his work for Raymond Scott Foundation with Rebel Technology and Dr. Adam Parkinson (a.k.a. Dane Law) looking into generative composition and sound synthesis. Participants will be guided through each step of how to create generative composition using audio-visual coding environment called PureData. Starting on basic synthesis 101, participants are introduced to the wonderful world of creative coding followed by more advanced composition techniques utilising sequencers, random source and sound FX.
All participants will need to bring their own laptop with a headphone or earbuds. Also, participants need to install Pd vanilla prior to the workshop. Follow the link below for your free software download.
