In this walk led by Luke Mahony of Wild Food Folk, we will explore The Warren and discover a wealth of edible coastal plants. We will be looking closely at our local seaweed reserve and will harvest some ourselves to incorporate into a nutritious and tasty lunch. Afterwards, we will walk up the coast in search of the last of this season’s Rock Samphire, a food native to this area and at one point the heart of a roaring and dangerous trade
