Frank Pudney's large-scale, intricate abstract paintings explore the memory of feeling within the natural environment, encouraging immersion, escapism and an internal reconnection with singular moments of presence.
Ceri Elliston's process is less about meticulous planning and precise execution, and more about a fluid, improvisational collaboration with clay. The resulting pieces sit at the intersection of fine art sculpture and pottery, explorations that evoke the spontaneity and freedom of drawing whilst referencing the vocabulary of historical ceramics.
