Chloe Osborne

Chloe Osborne is an Artist and Creative Director with a track record of producing high impact participatory and outdoor art projects, curating transformative events and nurturing communities of practice. With 20 years experience in the socially engaged arts sector, Chloe has built a portfolio career working at the intersection of arts, community and development. This has encompassed institutional roles, strategic consultancy, self-initiated and community co-designed artistic collaborations, fundraising and partnership working across the UK & Internationally. She is a facilitator, advocate and strategist, experienced in telling stories and holding spaces, connecting dots, bringing people together and making things happen.

Recent clients and collaborators include Barbican, Birmingham Rep, Trussell Trust, De La Warr Pavilion, People United, Emergency Exit Arts, Bureau Of Silly Ideas, Aswarm, National Heritage Lottery Fund, Clore Leadership, BFI, Brixton Project, Enfield Culture Network. Chloe work collaboratively and is experienced in creating the conditions for meaningful, often strategic, co-creation processes. Her energy is fuelled by community-led and place-based projects.
