‘Folkestone in Flux’ will be created during a two week residency leading up to the opening of this years festival. Playing with materials, scale and structures he has created an environment that uses hidden narratives ands fictional scenarios. This work will be in response to the re-generation happening in Folkestone. Cramp is interested in the ‘limbo time’ between the old and new, between proposed designs and physical construction.
